The New Hampshire Hospital Association was recognized as AARP New Hampshire’s Community Partner of the Year for their collaboration in passing the CARE Act, which provides for better support for caregivers as the people they care for are transitioned from hospital to home.   “The New Hampshire Hospital Association went above and beyond to help pass this Act, and they continue to work with AARP to help implement this Act statewide,” stated Douglas McNutt, Associate State Director of Advocacy at AARP New Hampshire.
